Jessica McClymont KC
Prior to commencing practice as a barrister, Jessica practised as a solicitor and was a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in personal injuries law. She has practised almost exclusively in that area, over the course of her legal career spanning more than 20 years. Jessica's practice is spread across all aspects of personal injuries law. She is a panel member of most major insurers within the Queensland jurisdiction, including WorkCover Queensland, Suncorp CTP and General Insurance and Q-Comp. She accepts instructions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
